All Products are made-to-order. We do not hold inventory or stock.
If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an e-mail
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 2 hours from the time you submitted your order form. We normally send your order information immediately to production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will still be able to make your requested amendments.
On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
Paying through credit card (VISA, Master) is available.
Bringing to our customers with the best convenience in payment is also one of our tasks. With PayPal, you will be easier to make a payment and finish your purchase as quickly as you possible.
Refunds & Refund (if applicable)
We only accept to refund/replacement in the following cases:
- It’s within 2 hours since you place the order.
- After 30 business days (45 days during covid-19) from the date you place your orders, you do not receive any item.
- If you don’t receive your order after 30 business days (45 days during Covid-19), please let us know and contact to USPS as well. Sometimes USPS service can not find your address, they leave your stuff at the local post office. 30 days from you place an order order untill your item is “delivered” on the system
- Within 15 days from the date you place your order, the product you receive is defective in design or measurements, please contact us to receive a replacement product. We do not refund in this case.

- The reason you want to have refund (cancel order).
After receiving your email, our customer care department will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund amount will include the amount you paid for your order, subtract the following amount (if any):
– Transaction fee
– Shipping fee (if the item was shipped)
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can only cancel your order within 2 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.
Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
